Squarespace provides flexible, collaborative tool for small teams building big websites

In an ideal world, every website that we build with Republic Square’s network of partners would be laid out in a detailed plan before we ever start design and development.  But there are times when the client(s) are unable to define the project parameters.

In these situations, our ability to deliver a website may be delayed until decisions makers feel 1) comfortable that they are in the right place working with the right people, and 2) convinced that the project is a good investment of their time.

For example, we sometimes work with two or three organizations temporarily united to win public support for an important issue (e.g., infrastructure investment, expanding access to affordable health care), but the decisions makers have conflicting priorities re: website functionality and content.

In those situations, Squarespace enables us to experiment with ideas and functionality on an evolving canvas that keeps stakeholders engaged while we reach consensus. If you are looking to build a simple, attractive, functional website for your organization or issue campaign, Squarespace is an intuitive and flexible choice that's worth exploring.
